Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL), and its sister brands: FashionCapital, Fashion Technology Academy, FC Designer Workspace / Collective and Leicester Made, is a leading social enterprise committed to ethical garment manufacturing, fashion education and industry support. Working closely with government bodies, councils, brands, and community groups, FEL designs and delivers impactful training programmes, production services, and policy advocacy. Through this collaborative approach, the organisation creates real opportunities, drives systemic change, and raises awareness across the fashion industry—empowering individuals from all backgrounds to access meaningful careers and contribute to a more sustainable and transparent fashion future.

Chronological Timeline of FEL Programmes & Partnerships
2015
- Fashion Technology Academy (FTA), London
Launched in 2015 as the UK’s first government-supported apparel manufacturing training academy, the FTA offers accredited qualifications from Level 1–5 and apprenticeships in partnership with Tesco, ASOS, and others. Read more

- AGM PPP (Apparel and General Merchandise Public/Private Protocol)
Since 2018, FEL has contributed to this government–industry protocol aimed at eliminating labour exploitation in UK garment production. Read more

2020
