It is common in the industry and some suppliers to the big boys of retail such as Topshop have an agreement with their CMT unit that they will buy back the extras at 1.5 times the cost price per unit.

Get smart and realise that you need your docket to be accurate – this is your instruction to cut with the manufacturer and costings and lay plans have to be accurate.
