I was completely overwhelmed with requests for more information about the commercial property investment seminars we are holding in London, so I thought I would send this out to everyone in the Lunch Club to answer the most frequently asked questions.

Q. What’s it all about then?

A. The seminar is designed to give the complete novice a thorough understanding of the commercial property market and enough knowledge to enable them to safely start to invest.

Q. But don’t you need buckets of cash to invest in commercial property?

A. If you have millions you can be accommodated, however there are many thousands of properties out there for the same price as a residential investment.

Q. I don’t have to listen to you waffling on for two days do I?

A. Not at all. There are other speakers covering different subjects. You get the experts view from a chartered surveyor, accountant, IFA, banker and broker.

Q. Ok, I’m interested, when is it?

A. The next date is the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of July and there is another in August, date TBC.

Q. Shall I bring a packed lunch?

A. If you like, but there is a three course lunch included on both days.

Q. I am an old aged pensioner, can I get in cheap with a bus pass.

A. No, but as you are a Lunch Club member you get a discount of £200.
