Customer First One-to-One Clinics

When a provider is deciding whether to go through the Customer First assessment process, there are often issues they would like to clarify before making a commitment to the Framework. The One-to-One Clinics offer providers a chance to spend an hour with a Customer First assessor, to discuss their specific concerns. The clinics are being held on several dates, including 6, 14 October and 04 November.

Customer First Self-Assessment Workshops

Once a provider has made a commitment to Customer First, they are required to fill out a Self-Assessment form, in order to help both themselves and the assessor prepare for their assessment. To support providers with this exercise, Customer First is running a series of Self-Assessment workshops on 19 October, 10 November and 9 December.

Customer First Training Courses

Customer First will be running its capacity building courses from October 2004. The workshops were primarily been developed to support Customer First providers through the assessment process, since they are all designed to address a specific aspect of the Framework.
