Document all your comments on these sheets when you are fitting the first make sample or a fit sample.
Be specific. Specify finished measurements e.g. shoulder seam is to be 15cm, CF length from neck point is 108cm. This is a two page document so you keep a copy for your records and so does the Fashion Studio.
