Made in the UK – Strength in Partnerships

Fashion and business never remain static and the ability to adapt and respond to the times is essential. At Fashion-Enter we can see that near-shoring, made-on-demand, and personalisation will continue to grow as we address environmental concerns and ethics.

Yesterday, 4th October, our CEO, Jenny Holloway, visited Jerseytex, expert fabric manufacturers based in the West Midlands, Jerseytex are one of the very few fabric manufacturers in the UK that undertake the full fabric production process in-house. Jenny took a tour of the supplier and discussed future collaborations for a Made in the UK partnership. More on this soon!

ASBCI – Fashion Re:set Summit

Key voices from fashion academia and industry will meet up to discuss collective solutions to the industry’s most pressing challenges at the Fashion Re:set Summit on 11 October in York. Organised by the ASBCI (Association of Suppliers to the British Clothing Industry) the four key themes include: ESG, sourcing, digital transformation, and staff wellbeing and talent management. Fashion-Enter Ltd’s CEO Jenny Holloway has been invited to speak on sourcing alongside Kate Hills, founder of Make it British, Phil Oakley from Kornit Digital, and Suzanne Ellingham, sourcing director of Hyve Events.
