Quality Control

September 14, 2025 - September 14, 2025

Quality Control is a very important and time consuming part of the garment production process.

This needs to be done at many different stages. This area is so large that whole books have been written on it. It is something that takes time to learn and is something that is very practical and should be done at all times. Documentation is required for each area of production. If done effectively when something goes wrong you can trace your steps and make sure time is not wasted.

This is the organisational diagram and order generally used in the industry.
