Training and Good Practice
Getting the right training from industry experts is everything! We want to ensure the very best practices are implemented in our factories right from the start, which is why we have had an army of people supporting our Welsh operation. Over the past two weeks the Welsh team have gained insight from:
James Stewart – Ex Burberry Director Lean.
Christine Brennan – Ex supervisor from Fashion-Enter factory London advising supervisors and stitchers.
Nedyalka – For machine operation, sewing skills and the most efficient way to put a garment together.
TJ Hussein, Anna-Maria Michael and Caroline Ash – on compliance and HR.
& Elle Argyrou on quality control, packing and finishing.
Along with supporting our existing staff we want to ensure the best opportunities for the next generation, such as new recruit Jack, seen here with Nedyalka (Nelly) and Christine. Made in the UK is here to stay!

Fashion-Enter Factory Outlet Now Open!
We have now opened, due to much demand, a Factory Outlet within the historic Pryce Jones building in Newtown, Powys. Situated alongside the Factory in the basement of the building we have a selection of quality garments available. A huge thank-you to Anwen Jones for celebrating the launch of the Outlet with this fabulous cake, which Jenny Holloway adds, was delicious!

N17 Creative Callings: Fashion Designer Karen Gold
After training at Fashion-Enter’s Stitching Academy in north London Karen Gold quickly developed her signature style and launched her own womenswear collection in 2015. While Karen’s designs began to get noticed she felt she could benefit from further business and production support. Being based in the Tottenham CEZ area meant that she could receive further mentoring and advice courtesy of the N17 Creative Callings program.
Karen comments: “I am so pleased I joined the N17 Creative Callings program and I am being personally mentored by Jenny Holloway (CEO of Fashion-Enter Ltd).
“So far on the program I have been working with the Fashion Studio (at Fashion-Enter Ltd) and had my collection made for half price, my sales have increased with a new account in Dagenham and I am also now working on new logo designs too. To have a program that allows you access to a wide range of people and services whenever you need advice is the only way business support can really work. I can’t express my gratitude enough to both Haringey Council and the Greater London Authority to allow this much needed support to occur.”
