Graphic Design Apprenticeship With Vendula

Founded in 2003, Vendula London has fast become a leading funky fashion accessories brand. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented graphic design intern to join the company. You can find out more about us at www.vendula.co.uk. You will be working with the creative director in designing artworks and applying to company’s products. You will also be overseeing the development from sampling to final production.
This is an apprenticeship position for 18 months and there is the opportunity of becoming permanent member of staff after the apprenticeship period.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Regular research analysis of the market and sales results. You will learn how to interpret ideas and illustrate the ideas with images.
2- Design graphic and apply to products across the entire product range.
Requirements
1. Keen interest in fashion.
2. Ambitious, keen to learn and having creative flair is a big plus.
4. Must have skills in Adobe Creative Suit.
5. Experience with illustration.
6. Communication skills – team player, communication with customers by emails.
7. Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to work quickly and independently to short deadlines
9. Self-motivated.
10. As part of your experience, you may be required to travel both in UK or
abroad as part of a team.

To become an apprentice you must:
- Have 5 GCSE’s graded A-C
- Two of these GCSE’s must be Maths and English
- Own a valid UK passport
- Own a valid National Insurance card/proof
- Be aged 16-24
Please note you can not have a degree to do the Fashion and Textiles Apprenticeship programme.
