The Start of New York Fashion Week AW/11

The introduction of live-streaming of the New York Fashion shows gives everyone now the opportunity to see the new collections rather than it being restricted to just the press, writers and celebrities. This year many designers have chosen the live-streaming route for instance Rebecca Taylor, Calvin Klein Collection Men’s and Michael Kors are live streaming their shows.

Also with the launch of the New York fashion Week, Pepsi have decided to lie in their launch of their new ‘Diet Pepsi Skinny’, which will be sold in a tall, skinny can, in “celebration of beautiful, confident women”. The new drink will be available to consumers nationally in March and will also launch with a series of fashion events and celebrations that will include Betsey Johnston giving a small preview of her new spring line, in honour of Diet Pepsi’s official sponsorship of her fashion show.
