Optimistic and vibrant spring palettes are creating a splash on the street.   Think  intense colour accents confined to small areas as opposed to bold all-over colour statements we have seen in the past.

Vivid accessories such as bags and bag-straps, hats, scarves, jewellery and even footwear highlight one-tonal outfits.

Flashes of turquoise, hot pink, orange, and zesty lime contrast effectively with black and add interest to monochrome outfits.  Colour accenting is striking   when juxtaposed with otherwise duller or mid-tonal shades, and is a key styling option for both youth and junior markets.

Sparkly finishes combine with vibrant colours for extra impact or add a vintage feel to glitter-frosted pumps or Mary-Jane shoes.  Spray-painted effects in shades of bright tangerine give boots an urban edge.

Garment, rather than accessory colour accents, can be used as an alternative way to create impact.  Opt for one-colour highlights or combinations of complimentary brights such as turquoise and pink or yellow and orange to bring an outfit to life.
