American Students Tour Fashion Enter’s Factory
This New Year Fashion Enter welcomed two groups of Business & Marketing students all the way from the University of Missouri, USA.

The tour took place on the 3rd January 2018 offering the students firsthand insight into the UK fashion industry, the production process and ethical manufacturing. Both groups were welcomed by CEO Jenny Holloway and she began the two-hour tour with an introduction and overview of Fashion Enter and its fully compliant UK factory operating alongside the UK’s first Fashion Technology Academy offering qualifications across the complete garment life cycle.
Production Director Caroline Ash then took the students to the various departments on the factory floor, where she explained every step of the garment life cycle. Following the tour of the SMETA approved Factory, the students were shown the process of sampling, grading and patterns in the Fashion Studio. The students also gained an understanding of how to evaluate and solve issues within fitting sessions.
Overall, both groups were enthusiastic and eager to learn. We look forward to welcoming Missouri University back in the near future.
