Introduction to Ethical Fashion Today – Factory Uncovered 10-Part Series

Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) is proud to present a comprehensive series of educational videos, expertly led by industry professional Caroline Ash, designed specifically for international clients unable to attend our in-person informative factory tours and seminars. These videos offer a unique window into the full lifecycle of garment production — from concept and costing to cutting, construction, legislation, sustainability, and digital innovation — all underpinned by FEL’s commitment to transparency and ethical manufacturing.
Across 10 in-depth modules, viewers gain practical knowledge on topics including brand creation, design for longevity, sampling and sealing, SMV-based garment costing, fabric inspection and cutting techniques, machinery and finishing processes, ethical compliance, and the latest EU regulations. The series also explores cutting-edge developments in AI-driven design, digital sustainable printing, and circular fashion strategies, providing clients with actionable insights to enhance both sustainability and efficiency.
Ideal for fashion brands, manufacturers, sourcing teams and educational institutions such as universities and colleges around the globe, these videos deliver valuable, real-world training from a UK-based ethical factory, making them an essential resource for businesses looking to align with global standards and best practices in modern garment production.

Islington Council & Workspace Social Value

Big thanks to Islington Council for all their support on the FC Designer Workspace and accompanying shop. Our £1.3 million in social value over just four and a half years celebration took place on 22nd July and was a featured post on Islington Council’s Linked-In.
FEL Founder and CEO, Jenny Holloway said: “When we put the bid in for this programme in 2019 we had no idea what the outcome would be. We were involved in the micro management of the conversion of the disused underground car park to state-of-the-art studios – a real learning curve! Great collaborations with builders Osbournes, Islington Council and Greater London Authority.
“It’s been a fantastic journey working with the local community and the space is available for hire at very competitive rates! Everything a fashion creative needs including a wide variety of amazing mannequin forms from global leaders Alvanon.
“Thank you to the council for having the confidence in FEL to deliver!”
