The Fashion Fix – AW19 Trends You Can Wear Now
01-12-2024
That’s a wrap for another season of fashion week! With so many desirable looks that came from the catwalks, usually we have to wait until the following season to get our hands on the latest trends but this time, fashion is ahead of the game and the stores are filled with key looks seen throughout the Autumn/Winter 2019 shows that we can invest in now.
So if you couldn’t get enough of the flatting tailoring that fits all, or that alluring beige leather trench coat and not forgetting the wicked wide-legged trousers amongst the ‘it’ colours and prints of the season – not to worry because we’ve got the trends and stores to go to straight away…
Voluminous Trousers
Skinny jeans are so last year – time to make way for a style that is super flattering and possesses the perfect amount of slouch. Baggy is going to be big next season, thanks to the likes of Chanel. A style suited to most sizes, suitable for office wear when teamed up with a blouse, or layer with a jumper and high heels.

Make it Beige
Remember those who thought beige is boring? They need to think again because for Autumn/Winter, and indeed right now in many stores, this neutral hue is the only shade to be seen in. Loose tailoring is the most alluring way to wear this trend, in a variety of similar shades. Catwalk inspiration can be extracted from designers including Chloé, Valentino, Fendi and Burberry.

Suits You
Forget any illusions of suits only being appropriate for the office because for Autumn/Winter they transpire as a fashion statement of their own. Looking to the catwalk, Hugo Boss showcased the trend in the hue of the season, beige, whilst Erdem dazzled in emerald green and Lemaire and Acne showed grey.
