With Second hand September well under way we can offer 4 options when it comes to repurposing your clothing items…
+ Come along to one of our Repair and Upcycle Workshops. We offer free drop in sessions (pre-booking required) at our FC Designer Workspace in north London on a monthly basis. Bring in your existing garments and learn basic skills on how to repair and upcycle your clothes from our experienced tutors. The next session will take place Friday 16th September 10am – 2pm, spaces are limited so tap here to book.
+ Rent our industrial machines. If you are already competent in using industrial sewing machines then the FC Designer Workspace offers affordable rental facilities from £6.00 per hour, £40 per day and £175 a week. + Visit our stitching queen Leyla. If you would prefer a stitching expert to repair or alter your garment then Leyla at our neighbouring shop, FC Designer Collective, really can do anything! She has been stitching for decades and her alterations service is used by fashion suppliers as well as individual customers.
