Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) is proud to be named in this year’s prestigious NatWest SE100 list, recognising the UK’s top-performing social enterprises that are making a significant impact in their communities and beyond.
The SE100 list, compiled annually by Pioneers Post in partnership with Social & Community Capital (an independent charity established by NatWest), celebrates the achievements of purpose-driven businesses that combine strong financial performance with positive social and environmental outcomes.
To qualify, organisations were assessed across a range of criteria, including:
- Financial sustainability and growth
- Social impact measurement and management
- Commitment to climate action and environmental sustainability
- Focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion
FEL’s inclusion reflects its long-standing commitment to ethical manufacturing, sustainable practices, and community empowerment through skills training and education. As a leading social enterprise in the fashion sector, FEL continues to innovate while addressing the pressing challenges of the industry, such as fast fashion waste, unethical labour practices, and skills shortages.
Victoria Papworth, CEO of NatWest Social & Community Capital, commented: “Each year, the SE100 list reminds us of the extraordinary impact that social enterprises have across the UK. These organisations are not only tackling some of society’s toughest challenges – they’re doing so with creativity, compassion, and lasting impact.”
To apply, FEL completed the SE100 Social Business Survey earlier this year, providing in-depth insight into its operations, social impact, growth trajectory, and future outlook. The findings from this national survey will be published by Pioneers Post later this year.
The SE100 also features awards across seven categories, announced during a special celebration hosted by NatWest on 15th July. Although FEL did not receive an individual category award, making it into the Top 100 remains a major achievement.
Beth Davy-Day, FEL’s Creative Director, said: “We didn’t win a NatWest SE100 award, but we were absolutely thrilled to be recognised among the Top 100 social enterprises in the UK. There are so many brilliant initiatives out there making a difference. It’s fantastic that NatWest’s SE100 platform celebrates organisations that are driving positive change through sustainable, ethical, and socially conscious business models.”
This recognition highlights FEL’s ongoing mission to create a more transparent, responsible, and inclusive fashion industry—where innovation and ethics go hand in hand.
