open day sept 17Dear all,

With transparency, authenticity and accountability at the core of our business ethos we couldn’t agree more. Fashion often gets a bad rap in terms of putting profit before people but it doesn’t have to be that way. Want to come and see how we work, view the industry services and courses Fashion Enter provides and how the team can help your fashion business get off the ground? Then please come along to our Open Day this Friday 8th September 11am – 1pm at our HQ in North London. Here is a short taster video of what to expect.

Westminster University Students Visit the Factory

6 sept westminster studentsOn 5th September a group of Masters students studying Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at Westminster University visited the factory.

Following an introduction and overview by CEO Jenny Holloway the group were taken onto the Factory floor to understand the processes involved in operating an ethical UK factory.

Their objective was to learn about the internal management systems of the business and showed particular interest in understanding the flat structure as opposed to a hierarchy. We explained that with 11 different nationalities working on the factory floor it was important to be open and transparent to cater for all different cultures so a flat structure was key in operating effectively and efficiently.

Following the visit Course Lecturer Nicholas commented:

“Please pass on my thanks to Jenny for hosting today’s visit. I found it instructive and enjoyable and will be recommending that the same group visit again next year.”
