The Business of Fashion Workshops – Workshops Begin!!

Today saw the Fashion Studio full of people!
Nigel Rust today hosted the first Business of Fashion workshop in a set of six.
The workshop had five attendees who were all designers of varying levels and the workshop ‘How to get the most out of your Manufacturer’ successfully pointed them in the right direction.
Attendee Sandra today said ‘Brilliant workshop -feel much more confident about starting on the path of having my own womenswear label.’
Coreena commented ‘I’m much more aware of what’s needed to progress’.
While on the subject of the tutor, Nigel Rust was described as ‘Very informative and approachable’ by Benish!
The next workshop ‘Making it Happen’ is taking place on 20th September 2012.
The remaining The Business of Fashion workshops will cover finances, sales, marketing and negotiating deals.
