Choosing the Right Trainers

When it comes to finding the right outfit, choosing the right shoe is most important. I am a great believer that if the shoes done work then the whole outfit has to change. As the Foot Locker Sneaker Movement takes off, people all over the world are showing their passion for trainers in weird and wonderful ways shown in these new Video Viral’s. This is fcMenswears guide to what shoes suit what occasion.

To start off our guide you can’t beat a classic. A pair of Converse All Stars are a shoe rack must have. Whether you’re Indie, Emo, Skater, Trendy or a Fashionista these trainers go with pretty much everything and will never go out of style.

For a fashion conscious sports person the last thing you want is a pair of uncomforitable trainers that weigh you down. A pair of Nike Free 3.0 V2 weigh in at only 7.0oz. This light weight trainer will give the wearer the ability to go that but further in stylish comfort.

Now that it’s nearly summer it’s time to make a statement by adding a bit of colour to an outfit. These adidas Originals Adilette come in a variety of bright primary and secondary colours. Whether you’re wearing them to the park, the beach or to a BBQ with friends, just remember to leave your socks at home.

This blast from the past is the 1990 OG Air Jordan V’s. The sample pictured here is from the original release of the Air Jordan V Black/Metalic Silver, 21 years ago. The Jordan V was the first model to bring translucent soles and lace-locks into the Air Jordan line, two features that would eventually become epic. If you’re lucky to have a pair of these retro classics tucked away then you are very lucky indeed. Foot Locker has a whole library or Vintage trainers for you to reminisce over.
