Best of British Production to Double at The Factory
12-05-2014
Voted most ethical high street retailer by Ethical Consumer magazine Marks & Spencer are notably ahead of their competitors when it comes to sourcing and supply chain. In line with this considered approach is their ‘Best of British’ capsule range which champions the best of British design and manufacturing. Now into its third season the range has grown from strength to strength and our Fashion Enter Factory in North London has played a key part in this successful journey.
We are pleased to announce that we will be doubling our production on the M&S ‘Best of British’ range providing wearable British classics with a modern twist for Autumn/Winter 14. The A/W collection was presented to press at February’s London Fashion Week and feedback was extremely positive.
Belinda Earl, Style Director at M&S said: “It was a privilege to debut at London Fashion Week and showcase the Autumn 14 Best Of British collection. We were honoured to share this prestigious platform and celebrate British design, craftsmanship and manufacturing. It’s a significant milestone for Marks & Spencer and the evolution of our Best Of British collection.”
The editor at FashionCapital JoJo Iles added: “M&S is all about quintessential British style and quality and it is fantastic that the brand has returned to its roots. Jenny Holloway CEO of Fashion Enter & FashionCapital is extremely proud that her factory and production team are a part of this success story and she feels this marks the very beginning in a new and exciting chapter in British manufacturing.”
