Make Way for Eric Way

Having been pre-warned that this was going to be a highly glamorous affair and an evening of fashion frolics; I donned my glad rags and headed out for a night of schmoozing and air kissing with the best of them!

As I entered the darkly lit nightclub and headed down a staircase of incense sticks and candlelight, the sounds of clinking glasses and ‘fabulous darling’ were all that could be heard!

Taking centre stage were a number statuesque mannequins, posing nonchalantly in what was the sneak preview of Eric Way’s latest collection. Certainly elegant and glamorous, the dresses were the perfect setting for the distinguished clientele and nightclub interior.

 

Black corseted dresses heavily accessorised in sequins and feathers were the theme. Each dress ideal for a night at the Oscars, with the exception of one rather scantily clad mannequin!

 

Having previously designed dresses for the Miss World contest and with a client list including Ivana Trump and Shirley Bassey, Way’s collection was always going to be full of glamour and extravagance. I was not disappointed!
