Section 1
1. Overview of system
- Capabilities of system
- Objectives for students
2. Construction lines, contour lines and cut pattern pieces.
3. Drawing area operation. Menus and icons.
4. Basic Functions
- Straight lines
- Curved lines
- Cutting and joining
5. Moving lines, points and curves.
6. Exercise
- Draft a skirt block from measurements.
Section 2
1. Functions
- Notches and drill holes
- Measuring
2. Digitizing
3. Generating Pieces
4. Hemming Pieces
5. Exercises
- Apply above skills to previously drafted skirt
- Digitize bodice or skirt blocks
Section 3
1. Exercise
- Draft a Bodice from measurement
2. Pattern Transformation Functions
- Pleats
- Darts
- Changing and extending lines
3. Facings and buttons
Section 4
1. Exercise
- Apply pattern transformations and previously learned functions to previously drafted skirt and bodice.
Section 5
1. Grading
2. Printing
3. Marker Making
4. Exercise
- Finish all patterns.
