FashionCapital and CEO Jenny Holloway welcomed Graham (pictured right), the Head of Services from JET, to The Factory and FTA today to discuss opportunities and partnership. Jenny Holloway commented: “We are now extremely pleased to have the opportunity of working in partnership with this truly inspiring company to offer our accredited learning to their clients that can then lead to jobs in our factory.”JET offers specialist support for young people and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, providing them with skills and support they need to ensure they have a bright and opportunity filled future ahead of them.
With a dedicated team of advisors who are all specifically trained to support those in need through their career and training journey, the company are able to offer support in the following areas:

- Job Searching
- Applying for jobs
- Interview skills
- Training in systematic job coaching
In addition JET offers courses, which are all tailored specifically for the needs of each learner. The teaching team includes tutors and assistants who are all able to provide specialist education to ensure they are able to fully support students on their journey from education to work.
