BA (Hons) Fashion (womenswear, menswear, Fashion textiles, fashion promotion and communication)

Duration: 3 Years (full time) or 2 Year fast-track (full time)

This internationally renowned programme focuses on the development of the individual as a designer of the future.

 

In this highly competitive industry the achievements of Ravensbourne students who win international and national awards, gain employment with renowned fashion houses – or successfully set up their own businesses, are evidence of this programme's success.

 

This is the only fashion programme in the UK offering a two-year intensive or three-year experience (the content for both is identical) – with the choice to specialise in one of four fashion design areas:

 

• Womenswear
• Menswear
• Fashion Textiles
• Fashion Promotion and Communication.

 

Ravensbourne Fashion programmes are renowned for creativity and for delivering a high-quality educational experience. Students are motivated and encouraged to develop their own individual style within a stimulating environment.

 

The department is well equipped with digital audio-visual equipment – including a digital fabric printer, as well as traditional printing, knitting and dyeing facilities – all in one area.

 

Students work in a unique, well-lit, open plan studio/workshop space with access to all facilities and equipment within the department.

 

Fashion students have the opportunity to collaborate on projects with other design departments.
