February 2003 – present             WILAN International Limited in London (owner of the company), UK


                                                Director. The company started importing Polish books to London, we were delivering to foreign language booksellers in London. Later company started importing Polish lingerie brand for ladies called Trend Station. Since September 2005 we started cooperating with IFC in Warsaw exporting all products of Spencer & Fleetwood from England. We are expanding and still looking for new products to import/export in between Poland and EU countries.


 


Therefore, as a Director my duties were such as: liaising with customers in Poland and the UK; responsible for organizing transport between Poland and the UK; liaising with Polish customers; market research of different products; taking part in fashion fairs in London and Birmingham; introducing new line of Polish lingerie Erotic Chic to the UK; managing the company; mailshot correspondence; marketing and PR.

                                                Account Manager, taking more responsibilities than in a previous position at LFF; responsible for updating and editing website www.fashion-enter.com; preparing monthly mailshot leaflets for retail buyers, also flyers for major retailers in London such as John Lewis and Harvey Nichols; support the Director in meetings with major retail buyers; help designers in developing their brands; introducing new product lines of designers; attending for fashion shows and taking pictures of catwalks; building relationships with Polish Trade and Investment to promote Polish designers in the UK; market research and PR.
