Paula Arkell – Waller M.A – Business & Careers Consultant

Paula has worked within the fashion retail industry for the past 20 years. After leaving the University of Derby with an M.A in Sportswear Design and Business Studies, she went onto work with international sports and fashion labels in both design and visual merchandising consulting including: Speedo, Decathlon, Gul, Fat Face, Betty Barclay.

Paula has also worked for Sportswear Lifestyle brand Oxbow as a Regional VM for both the UK and Channel Islands and GAP as a Senior Visual Merchandiser. Her knowledge of retail & wholesale management is extensive from the design process to shop floor and display, and her passion for good visual presence is shown from her down to earth approach to business.

In addition Paula works as a careers consultant for www.fashioncareersclinic.com and holds Level 4, Advice & Guidance Qualification, and Level 3 Assessor & PTTLS Teaching Course,& is an active member of Institute of Careers Guidance (ICG) which is the main body for Careers Advice and Guidance in the UK.
