Description
This Portfolio Art course at Angus College has had considerable success in ensuring students achieve their goal of a first-class portfolio for progression on to higher education. Talented and creative staff work closely with you to develop your creativity in the core areas of Life Drawing, Analytical Drawing, Painting and Design. Every effort is made to provide a comfortable and creative working environment where you can feel relaxed and expressive in your course of study. To ensure successful progression, you can also upgrade any necessary academic qualifications such as Highers. The College has excellent links with Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art as well as many other significant further or higher educational establishments.
Duration
One year full-time or part-time opportunities to study individual units may be available.
Entry Requirements
As part of the application process to the Portfolio Art course you will be asked to submit a portfolio of Art/Design work which can demonstrate that you have the ability to complete the course successfully.
Educational Progress
HNC Fine Art or other HNC programmes or if academic qualifications are suitable, entry to a degree programme. Any art and design related area following further study.
