Based in North London Haringey at Unit 5 Mavros House 95 Vale Road, The Workshop will be opening its doors for business on 13th October providing a unique place for retailers and designers to work on patterns, blocks, first fit samples, grades and small production runs.

‘The Workshop’ is opening in collaboration with leading online retailer asos.com. Fashion Enter already act as an agent to the etailer giant supplying up and coming, independent designers to be showcased online. This next venture will open more doors for both the new and emerging designers and retailers alike.

‘asos.com has long recognised the importance of both design and the expertise of production in fashion today. Since we launched the Fashion Enter collections on asos.com we have been working with Fashion Enter to scout for new design talent. The success of this led us to partner up on the NY Profile initiative. Following this we are now pleased to confirm our further support for the industry’s fresh new design talent by partnering up with Fashion Enter to open ‘The Workshop’ production unit in North London. This manufacturing unit provides both pattern and sampling facilities for asos.com's continual product development and heralds a new phase in manufacturing for London today. It also gives the UK’s design sector an affordable place to have their sampling and small runs produced with a team of experts on hand to provide support and business advice.’

The introduction of The Workshop factory unit completes the full range of business services provided by Fashion Enter which includes retail boutiques, the leading UKs portal www.fashioncapital.co.uk. The Workshop now adds a further and final dimension and any new and emerging designer engaging with Fashion Enter will certainly be provided with a unique package dealing with all aspects of the industry. Jenny Holloway Director commented: ‘The Workshop signals a new age in business support for the industry. It will operate as an advice centre for designers who want industry expertise for patterns, blocks, grades and production as well as offering a unique highly specialised service for retailers too. The Fashion Industry is an intricate mix of many fractions and its time to have a concept that unites them together.’
