The Workshop is now proud to announce its state of the art equipment available of 14 computers each with CAD/CAM software Vetigraph installed.

‘Vetigraph is the leading CAD/CAM pattern making system for designers today. It is with great pride it is set to collaborate with The Workshop and very much looks forward to meeting the participants who will receive this fantastic opportunity. Participants to the course will also receive a certificate from Vetigraph CAD/CAM showing that they have successfully completed the course and are proficient on Vetigraph CAD solutions. Moreover, they will be presented with the opportunity of working with some of Vetigraph's clients in fashion who are using these solutions around the UK.'

The course has 30 places and will take place over a 10 day period, depending on ability. It will teach each designer the different components of the software and ultimately save extensive time and money, which in the current climate is exactly what is needed.

Jenny Holloway, Director commented:

This free CAD/CAM pattern making course couldn't have come at a better time for London based designers. Using pattern cutting and grading is an expensive cost for any collection and now designers have the chance to learn how to use a plotter and digitiser to transfer their line drawings into patterns and into a graded nest. Designers can then simply email the graded nest to manufacturers thus saving time and money. Grateful thanks to City Fringe Partnership for giving designers this unbelievable opportunity.'

Seats are limited, and 20 of the placements have been reserved for businesses located in the London Boroughs of Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets, and Hackney. If you would like further info please contact jenni@fashion-enter.com
