Fashion Fringe at Covent Garden
24-03-2009
Having rocked at the party thrown by Tomo (editor at Random Magazine) last night, I will be off to the Fashion Fringe Road Show tomorrow to hear a host of incredible speakers.
Now you will all know Fashion Fringe as the business model that drives new designers forward, having successfully already launched nine of our most coveted designers, William Tempest, Erdem, Basso and Brooke and Sinha-Stanic to name but a few.
But now the lovely people at Fringe are giving fashionistas the chance to come together and hear the best in the biz.

Speakers will include Lorraine Candy (Editor in Chief at Elle), Averyl Oates (Buying Director at Harvey Nichols), Dolly Jones (Editor of Vogue.co.uk), Claudia Croft (Fashion Features Director at The Sunday Times) and Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou (Editor in Chief of 10/10+).
So there really is a true A-List crowd and something for every fashion walk of life!
This is a fantastic chance to get to know others in the industry and I have certainly found that attending functions like these are the best way to do it. I have heard Lorraine Candy speak before and on that basis know that this is something not to be missed!
Though I will be writing a post-event piece, if you can get yourself down to the event itself, there are still some tickets available! It is well worth it and if your there, make sure to say hello!
For tickets, please go to . . . www.fashionfringe.co.uk
Tickets are £15 / concessions £7 (NOT available on the door)
Time: 6.30pm
Place: 20 John Princes Street – London College of Fashion
