Pupils from over 8 schools and colleges were invited to attend the careers fair all eager to learn about what opportunities are available to them. Everything ranging from accountancy to hairdressing with FashionCapital of course flying the flag for fashion!

The event was extremely well attended with fashion generating a lot of interest as we provided a general overview of how FashionCapital.co.uk can assist the progression of the range of careers within the industry. From fashion journalism, photography, modelling, design and manufacturing we can provide different avenues to generate frequent revenue streams, advice and guidance.

The Sutton Education Business Partner Manager, Chris Jones (above) visited the FashionCapital.co.uk stand to discuss educational opportunities with the borough. Although we are in a deep recession with an extremely hazy outlook ahead, this really is the perfect time to launch a business and provide education and industry specific training to make that transition as easy as possible for graduates and school leavers to prepare for the real world.
