Anglo-Swedish watch brand Larsson & Jennings opened their very first U.S. flagship this summer on a picturesque stretch of Bleecker Street in the West Village. The space includes a unique cantilevered watch bar, LJX customization area and a fika bar for customers to enjoy a cup of coffee while they browse the brand’s entire Swiss-Made collection. This boutique references the rich cultural and architectural history of the surrounding neighborhood through polished concrete and white stucco.

Situated in the heart of SoHo, the first U.S. store from Japanese fashion powerhouse TOMORROWLAND incorporates the brand’s own men’s and women’s collections, along with a curated selection of niche apparel, accessories and lifestyle brands from Japan and around the world. The Han Kjøbenhavn boutique on Prince Street in Nolita has its roots in classic, minimal Danish aesthetics. With the aim of creating a visually spectacular room rather than a classic shop environment, clean white walls have been outfitted with custom wooden fixtures and marble highlights, all handmade by the owners and/or Danish craftworkers. The store houses the brands distinct eyewear collection along with denim, high-end streetwear and accessories, all inspired by the fundamentals of Danish design. Additionally, a curated selection of architecture and design books are available for purchase.
