The LFF are working in collaboration with Siriol Richards founder of the web-site www.siriolr.freeserve.co.uk (Traditional Costume of Asia and Eastern Europe) for agreeing to work in partnership with fashioncapital to promote their site on the online museum.

Siriol’s web-site is a labyrinth of information showcasing an amazing collection of costume books from four different countries such as China, Tibet and Taiwan, South East Asia ,tribal India and Eastern Europe.  These books focus mainly on the traditional dress and jewellery of Asia and Eastern Europe.

The web-site explores four unique and diverse cultures/countries which provide an extremely useful source of information to which you can use as a source of information on these specific countries which will enable you to build up your knowledge and inspiration.

Each section shows an array of books to which Siriol has built up over a period of time.  Each section shows an array of books to which Siriol has built up over a period of time.  Siriol has had a passion for costume design for many years and it all started at the age of four when Siriol witnessed a Russian Opera “Prince Igor” which fuelled her passion for costume design.
