Vogue.com celebrating 10 years of Fashion news and award winners.

 

Vogue.com are celebrating a double whammy this year, not only are they marking their 10^th year anniversary of the site in September, but they are also the rightful winners of the People’s Voice Webby Award for the Best Fashion Site of 2005.  The site has beaten off stiff competition from the likes of www.zoozoom.com and www.hintmag.com to take home the award, which will be collected at a glitzy ceremony in New York on 6 June 2005. 

 

www.vogue.co.uk  features daily fashion news and comprehensive coverage of the international catwalk collections, and receives 720,000 unique users who look at 30 million pages of content a month.

 

Earlier today The London Fashion Forum met with Abigail Chisman, Editor-in-chief of Vogue.com and commented  â€œIt’s fantastically exciting for this team, which has been working to bring the latest fashion news to web users for ten years this year, to have won the popular vote.  We are extremely grateful to everyone who voted for us and everyone who uses the site and communicates online with us, helping us to change the way fashion is reported in an interactive environment.”
