We have negotiated a special deal with Clotheshow Live at the NEC Birmingham 02-07 December 2005!
LFF have managed to negotiate with Clotheshow Live to provide it members with smaller than the normal requirement stands. It means that you can have a presence at the largest fashion and beauty event in the world for a base cost of £855 rather than the usual minimum price of £1,710! They are also building a special stand for our designers that are sure to stand out from the rest! This is not to mention the extra promotional/marketing benefits of being able to put your designs on the main catwalk to be viewed by every one of the 181,000 visitors, plus special mentions of the new area in the press and on the website/show literature
The LFF have also taken out a stand and we will be there to fully support you. There are only three places remaining so please confirm urgently if you are interested.
In addition your garments may be showcased on the Nokia Fashion Theatre Catwalk – which is an amazing achievement

As previously discussed The LFF have been given 25 stand’s ranging from 3m to 4.5m at a discounted rate.

3m stand £855 + vat for the 6 days
Registration Fee of £50 + vat, has been waived. Costs are as follows:
20% with invoice
40% by 25th October
40% by 20th November
Extra costs may need to consider:
120w adjustable spotlight: £34.25 (fitting and mains fee)
500w socket outlet: £89
Phone line for pdq: £120 (includes first £15 of call charges)
Storage: 1 pallet, 1m x 1m £40
Total extras: £283.25
All above costings are for the full 6 days of the show.
Exhibitors, need to bring their own display things, electricity, lighting and tills etc but these can be ordered from the exhibitor manual sent out once you have confirmed.
The stands are wood and nail, exhibitors have the opportunity to decorate their stands as they wish/paint them/wallpaper them!!!
In addition, the designers with the LFF can have a scene in the Fashion Theatre. This seats 6,800 people and every single visitor of ours, 181,142 will see their product. Massive opportunity.
All you have to do is provide your products, Lesley Goring will produce, style, choreograph it and we provide the models.
