Affordable Designer Space
We are often approached about finding the right studio set up for designers at affordable prices. Sometimes the designers don’t need an office five times a week so we have managed to find a stuido that is just five minutes away from Bethnal Green Station.
The Studio rent is £80 per month and this is inclusive of someof the bills..Description of studio: At the moment there are no pictures. The Studio is 265 sq ft, with painted white walls and floor. At one time it is divided between maximum of 4 people, each person has their own corner.
The studio is in the process of being set up and will be able to be viewed in May. At the moment there are few chairs a desk and a couple of draws!

The London Apparel Resource Centre based at the Florentia Clothing Village also offers space for designers. It has a unique environment where designers and micro businesses can benefit from direct access to the latest software graphics, CAD systems and local manufacturing sources. It has incubation units too at affordable prices in the Janet Louise Cottage and designers can benefit from broadband internet connections, seminars, extensive resource library, display and showcasing facilities plus there are 30 CMT units available on the site complete with a sample room.
