Unique Finds at the Christmas Art & Design Sale

 

 While kids are quite happy to write out wish lists a mile long things are not so easy when it comes to adults. In need of some gift inspiration? Forget novelty ties and Santa socks there are some great Christmas markets and sales to check out over the next few weeks.

 

 First up is the Christmas Art and Design Sale in Battersea. Organised by Heidi Sturgess, the illustrator and designer is joined by various other artists and designers to bring you a range of art, illustration, textiles, gifts, fashion, jewellery and accessories.

 

 

 Sturgess has been putting on sample sales in her studio for the last four years and last year persuaded other artists and designers in her building to join her with a Christmas event.

 The sale not only provides the chance to shop off the high street and pick up some unique finds but it introduces local artistic talent to the community at large.
