Fashion Enter in the news again!

The letter is in response to Dawn James’s letter that was  published in Drapers Record Dec 16th Decemberand is entitled “Learning the Lessons from the LFF”.

 

Jenny commented, “I have worked with Dawn for almost four years now and she is a rare mix; totally passionate, compassionate and has many other fine qualities. Fashion is a hard game, its fraught with many problems and also many time wasters.

Dawn’s original letter highlighted many concerns that are genuine for designers today and her support for us was, quite frankly, overwhelming and very appreicated. I had to formally reply back to Dawn,s letter as David Jones was the director, not me, and he is a fine man! Over the five years of working at LFF I learnt so much myself from David, particularly patience! I have great respect for David and no one knows what he has personally gone through with the closing of the LFF. I just sincerely hope that he receives the true recognition that he deserves”.
