LFW Quality Opportunity
06-08-2007
‘Quality’ is a play about women and shoes by award wining Canadian writer, Elaine Avila. It’s also about power, insecurities, relationships, the psychology of shoes, of selling, of consumerism and about that elusive thing – ‘quality’.
{mosimage}Performed in a designer shoe shop; Tracey Nuels on Marylebone Lane, London W1, both in the lead up to and during London Fashion week – 5th September to 23rd September 2007 Thursday to Sunday evenings (the play lasts approximately an hour), Quality provides some exciting publicity opportunities for Fashion Capital users.
Guaranteed to gain much press exposure, thanks to VIP nights specifically aimed at the fashion media, there are several opportunities to get involved with this unique production. Ideas put forward include:
- Products / items / vouchers & promotional materials for 400 goody bags or our 100 VIP goody bags, – the goody bag will be a gorgeous shoe dust bag.
- Designers to supply 4 costumes for 2 female actresses in the show
- Designers could buy out the whole show for an evening to entertain and build relationships with clients, suppliers and customers, this costs as little as £1000 + hospitality costs.
- If a growing company wanted to optimise on involvement and be seen as the lead sponsor they would benefit from advertising in the window of Tracey Nuels shop on Marylebone Lane for 3 weeks, a bespoke event, logos on goody bag and programme, the works! This costs 5K, however, the benefits are highly valuable, offering a very cost effective opportunity.
