Debenhams WOMENSWEAR Update:   

Last week we advised that Debenhams will be having a further meeting later this week with their marketing team to discuss how we will launch, but the buyer has been in Hong Kong this week and will not now be able to get back to us until next week.

Meeting with John Lewis, Wednesday 13^th January 2010:

Alice Palmer: We had only one piece as your samples are out with another buyer and they would be really interested in seeing more from you and loved the yarn and the fact that the production is UK based.

G.Mania: the buyer loved the few pieces shown and we have sent more images for her to view.

This Direction: the buyer loved the concept and the fact that all fabrics were organic – just concerned that some of the colours in the pallet are difficult to wear and would like to see a new colour range.

Eva Evanovich, Nkwo & Belles of London – the buyer was amazed by the few pieces shown and advised that we have to show to the contemporary womenswear buyer.  She thought they were really exciting and innovative

Sarah O'Toole: the buyer loved the prints and has many ideas on how it could work with them but we need to show full range to a different department

Bhavna: the buyer loves the quality and the prints and has advised to forward images to the relevant department; we will keep you informed of any developments.
