Showroom member update week ending 28 May 2010

I know you all wait with baited breath over our recent meetings with ASOS, Brand Alley and Harvey Nichols Menswear. I just want to let you know we are on the ball here and although we have been juggling contact these past few weeks between us, we have however kept our finger on the pulse and stayed in regular contact with all of the live buyers and rest assured the delay in feedback is in no way from mismanagement on our part, rather its just that these things can take time and prompting. Especially with everyone gallivanting off abroad! And I am one to talk!

We are feeling especially optimistic about ASOS however and I’m looking forward to getting back to you with good news extremely soon!!

With Harvey Nicholls – well done menswear designers, the feedback was great! Though they are not buying for this season any longer. I gather you have all been individually emailed with a report. We look forward to the next meeting in Summer with both buyers coming back to view the next collections.

With Brand Alley we will get back to you with progress this week.

This week is obviously going to be a big one for me being back. I have a meeting tomorrow with a potentially lucrative client amongst so many other goings on we are preparing for. We have been in contact with Joy, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges and some others so everything is going swimmingly and we look forward to good times ahead soon. It seems like everything is coming together extremely quickly this past month and hopefully we will have lots of good new to share with you soon!

It has been an early blog this week as there has been a gap while I was away, if there are any substantial developments this week I will update the blog again on Friday. Thanks for your time and patience and I will respond to your emails as soon as I can.
