Grace Kelly at the V&A

22-04-2010

When people think of Grace Kelly, one of the most photographed women of the 20th Century, what they usually recall is her beauty and elegance. She rose to fame as an actress in the 1950’s, starring in films by Hitchcock and many others. She came to symbolise the classic, understated look she wore both on and off screen, the exhibition covers her life in fashion from her early days through to her marriage, and is well worth a visit, but do book in advance as I had to come back the next day as the tickets were sold out.

Below are some illustrations from the event :

* Prices from £6.00 for adults (students get a discount)

* Allow at least 1 hour to visit

* No photographs allowed
