Minas Trend Preview
29-04-2010
Every type of print imaginable is here at Minas ranging form large scale intricate florals to monotone tie prints however without doubt the overwhelming trends are graphical inspired, large scale florals with centre pieces of summer flowers such as daisies and also photographic prints.

Cavalera had excellent prints that were very popularly received both on the catwalk and also on the exhibition stand. They attract a younger market and have excellent denim wear to complement the whole range. Prints varied from monochrome to printed flowers on pleats to give that concertina affect that is so popular with Romeo Pires range.

Another strong print trend is the use of photographic images in a collage for jackets, skirts and trousers. Ton age was particularly strong here and had some excellent printed fabrics with some strong silhouettes.
