The Fashion Studio – T&C

 

The price is £350 for a four hour shoot for a maximum 15 piece collection.

The price includes one model (however the designer has the right to bring their own models) a studio setting, a photographer that will produce an initial 150 images and then will supply a reedit of 2 images per outfit.

This does not include hair and make up costs.

 

The process is as follows-

 

An expression of interest is completed by you (the designer) with specifics about the aim of the shoot and the mood.

 

Preference for models is also described and detailed.

 

A date is reviewed that is mutually convenient.

 

A studio is booked by the team at Fashion Capital and at this stage a 50% deposit is required.

 

The photographic shoot takes place and for a 15 piece collection ten images are shot of each outfit. The 150 images are then uploaded onto a gallery on Fashion Capital and are in low res with a water mark added.

 

The designer then selects two shots from each of the 15 piece collection and re editing is undertaken to agreed specifications from both the buyer and photographer.

The lead time for the first 150 images is 5 working days.
The lead time for the edited version of 30 images  is also 5 working days.

 

The reedited 30 images are then sent out by DVD direct to the designer (unless otherwise specified)

 

Hair and make up is at the designers discretion alternatively Fashion Capital can arrange for these services at an additional £70 plus VAT.
