The short film by Mark Rundle and Francis Redman featured the urban, luxury collection with fluid fabrics contrasted with spangling textures. It opens with gritty scenes of urban interest, powerlines, rust and railings before honing in on a rather stunning model with a mullet (don’t worry its not back in fashion – it was hair extensions!).
The fiercely ‘street’ looks with their raw edges and distressed denim contrast with the second model with similar dip dyed mullet hair cut but wearing cleaner lines, a long line shirt in navy and black with a panel of golden cream. The third outfit features warrior like shoulder pads in leather panels which has an oriental tang.
The final outfits loose the darker edge a little and become lighter, with a scaley looking metallic jumper with leather trousers in gold and grey .
The collection is a great example of urban menswear remaining wearable yet different with a little added sparkle and fluid fabrics to add comfort to the range.
