Graduate Fashion Week Has Relocated

The yearly event which showcases some of the best graduate talent attracts over 40 universities and 25,000 guests per year.

Taking place in a new home of the Truman Brewery, in East London the four day event will take place from Saturday the 31^st May to Tuesday 3^rd June, and will feature 20 catwalks.

The event which attracts a number of industry professionals including Henry Holland and Hilary Alexander also features a number of talks, pop-up events and a digital cinema, sponsored by George at Asda.

GFW chairman, Rob Templeman commented on the move, “The Truman Brewery is right in the heart of London’s creative district, the surrounding area is a major destination for fashion conscious youths and the perfect location for Graduate Fashion Week,”

Saying how he believed the new venue and new look exhibition would compliment each other, the former Debenhams chief executive hopes the new move will drive record attendances and “cement GFW as the ultimate showcase for fashion graduates.”
