Fashion Scout Announce Their Merit Winner for SS15

Gyo Yuni Kimchoe will be receiving full sponsorship for their catwalk show at Fashion Scout London during London Fashion Week, held at the Freemasons’ Hall Covent Garden from the 12-16 September.

 

The Gyo Yuni Kimchoe label is headed up by designer duo Gyo Kim and his partner Yuni Choe hailing from Korea. The pair met while Gyo Kim was studying at Parsons School of Design before moving to London in 2011. Fresh from graduating from Central Saint Martins, the duo is preparing to showcase their first womenswear collection during London Fashion Week with Fashion Scout.

 

Chosen by the Fashion Scout Selection Panel as the best new fashion designer for SS15, Gyo Yuni Kimchoe will be sponsored by Fashion Scout to present their catwalk show and exhibition at Fashion Scout London and join the Fashion Scout Paris Showroom. Gyo Yuni Kimchoe were selected from a large number of emerging designers who applied for the Merit Award by the Selection Panel of industry experts including; Hilary Alexander, Robert Cavell- Clarke form Not Just A Label, Stylist Rebekah Roy, Fashion Scout Director Martyn Roberts and former Merit Award winner Phoebe English.
