Source Fashion – July 2026 Announces Strategic Move to Excel London
09-04-2026
As it enters its fourth year, Source Fashion has announced a strategic move to Excel London, signalling a significant new phase of growth for the UK’s leading responsible sourcing show. Taking place from 7th –9th July 2026 at Excel London, the next edition will mark the beginning of a broader expansion strategy focused on increased scale, international reach and long-term stability.
The decision follows continued commercial momentum, with the January 2026 edition delivering 12% growth and three quarters of the July show floor already rebooked. Strong demand from both international pavilions and UK-based manufacturers has reinforced the need for a venue capable of supporting sustained expansion.
Manufacturers representing a wide range of sourcing regions have already confirmed their return for the July edition, including exhibitors from Lithuania, the USA, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cyprus, Türkiye, France and Bangladesh, alongside a growing number of UK manufacturers, reflecting the show’s continued international reach and growing domestic participation.
Excel’s transport connectivity and on-site parking were also key factors in the move, improving accessibility for domestic and overseas visitors alike. The venue’s flexible layout provides the infrastructure required to accommodate growing international representation while supporting the show’s increasing domestic presence.
Suzanne Ellingham, Event Director of Source Fashion, said, “As we move into our fourth year, relocating to Excel London reflects the trajectory we’re on. We have experienced consistent commercial growth, and the move gives us the flexibility and scale to support that momentum. It allows us to expand internationally, grow our domestic exhibitor base and evolve the show in line with the needs of the industry. This goes hand in hand with the investments we are making in our meetings technology, allowing visitors to meet the manufacturers they want to do business with. As we have grown, we are investing in technology to ensure our visitors can always find the people they want to do business with.”

Alongside established manufacturing powerhouses across Asia and Europe, the event continues to see growth in British manufacturing participation, with an increasing number of UK producers including Fashion-Enter Ltd and members of the Apparel and Textile Manufacturing Federation (ATMF) choosing to exhibit each season. This strengthening domestic representation complements the show’s international scope and reflects rising interest in resilient, regionally balanced supply chains.
The July 2026 edition will also see the return of key features including an enhanced debate programme, reinforcing Source Fashion’s role not only as a sourcing destination but as a platform for meaningful industry dialogue.
Ellingham added, “Our role is to facilitate meaningful trade conversations. As the industry evolves, we must provide the environment for growth and progress. Excel gives us the capacity to deliver that at scale.”
The relocation comes at a pivotal moment for the sector, with Source Fashion preparing to announce a significant new initiative later this month designed to further support UK manufacturing and responsible sourcing practices.

Additionally, Source Fashion is the official Drinks Reception Partner for this year’s Leicester Made & Regions. Hosted in Leicester and organised by Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) and the Apparel and Textile Manufacturers Federation (ATMF).
Leicester Made & Regions will bring together fashion and textile manufacturers, brands, designers, educators, innovators, policymakers and consumers from across the UK. The showcase aims to strengthen domestic supply chains, celebrate regional craftsmanship, and accelerate the shift towards sustainable, onshore and technology-driven fashion production.
Jenny Holloway, CEO of Fashion-Enter Ltd and Chair of ATMF, added: “Over the last three years I’ve worked closely with Suzanne Ellingham, Director, Source Fashion. She is absolutely a force of nature. She’s a doer and a committed supporter of Made in the UK. She’s worked closely with ATMF and Fashion-Enter Ltd to provide complementary stands for small manufacturers, allowing them to grow with Source Fashion, and behind the scenes she’s liaising with various government bodies to champion the factories.
“Source Fashion partnering with the LM&R event on the 24th April allows us both to amplify the voice of British manufacturing and generates and reinforces the community that this industry has.
“We are on the dawn of a new era for manufacturing in the UK. LM&R is one event the fashion industry cannot afford to miss this year.”
The Drinks Reception, sponsored by Source Fashion, will provide a dedicated opportunity for industry leaders, manufacturers, designers and policymakers to connect, collaborate and continue vital conversations about the future of British fashion manufacturing.
Leicester Made & Regions 2026 takes place on Friday 24th April at De Montfort University, Leicester.
