Source Fashion 2026: Jenny Holloway Joins the Drive for a Sustainable Future

18-11-2025

Source Fashion, Europe’s leading fashion sourcing show, returns to Olympia London from 13 – 15 January 2026 with a future-focused content programme designed to push the industry toward smarter, more ethical and commercially resilient practices. While the agenda features an impressive roster of global experts and pioneering voices, one figure stands out for her mission-driven leadership and industry impact: Jenny Holloway, CEO of Fashion-Enter Ltd / FashionCapital and Chair of the Apparel & Textile Manufacturers Federation (ATMF).

Jenny’s (pictured above) deep-rooted commitment to ethical, UK-based manufacturing positions her as one of the most influential change-makers at this year’s event. Her presence aligns with Source Fashion’s ambition to shift the industry from conversations to concrete action – a shift she has championed for decades through her work transforming skills, standards and production models in the UK.

One of the most anticipated sessions of the three-day programme is the debate “How Do We Build Back British Manufacturing?”, featuring Jenny Holloway and Source Fashion’s Event Director Suzanne Ellingham.

As Chair of the ATMF and CEO of Fashion-Enter Ltd, Jenny brings unparalleled insight into the realities, challenges and opportunities of reshoring production. Her contribution goes beyond commentary; it reflects practical solutions she is already implementing from vocational training and apprenticeships to ethical factory models and partnerships that enhance transparency and traceability.

The session will explore:

In an era defined by volatility, sustainability demands and supply chain risk, Jenny argues that onshore, ethical and skilled manufacturing is no longer optional – it is essential. Her leadership ensures this debate becomes not only a highlight of the show but a catalyst for policy and industry change.

Source Fashion’s schedule features a depth of expertise across sustainability, production, circularity, human rights and retail innovation. The event also includes the following speakers:

On Day 1, Tuesday 13th January “Addressing the S in ESG – Human Rights, Living Wages and Supply Chain Accountability.” Moderated by Jasmine Chua, Sourcing & Labour Editor at Sourcing Journal, this session brings together senior leaders and NGOs to challenge brands on the realities of ethical sourcing.

Purpose vs Profit – Mark Sumner, Textile Programme Lead at WRAP, chairs the provocative debate “Ambition Without Action – Can Doing Good Really Drive Profitability?”, where industry leaders interrogate the persistent gap between sustainability rhetoric and commercial decision-making.

Sustainability pioneer Kresse Wesling CBE, Founder of Elvis & Kresse, leads a fireside chat titled “Finding the Beauty in Waste.” Her story of transforming discarded materials into luxury goods underscores the commercial viability of creative reinvention, a theme central to Source Fashion’s 2026 agenda.

On Wednesday, Marguerite LeRolland, Senior Global Insight Manager at Euromonitor International, presents “Outlook to 2030 – What Commodity Shifts Mean for the Future of Fashion.” Her data-driven forecast provides buyers with essential risk and opportunity analysis for the decade ahead.

Moderated by Jasmine Malik Chua, “From Concept to Commerciality – Making Circularity Work” brings together the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, VYN Shoes, N Brown and VivoBarefoot to discuss how circular business models can move beyond pilots and become profitable at scale.

On Thursday, Jack Stratten, Head of Trends at Insider Trends, explores the mainstream ascent of second-hand shopping in “Resale Gets Relevant: How Second-Hand Moved into the Mainstream.”

The programme concludes with Christina Dean, Founder of Redress, in “From Catwalk to Collection – CEO of Redress on Waste-Free Design,” offering actionable pathways for embedding circularity into the design and development process.
