Inspired by African and POP culture, Cocoabella’s debut collection epitomises its title RETRO-Glam, and synthesising this with traditional African prints embraces the designer’s cultural background with a modern approach.

The label specialises in couture ladies attire and bespoke pieces, as well as a unique range of ready to wear casual garments for men and women which realise ‘pop culture’ at its best; ideas, attitudes or images considered as an informal consensus within the mainstream of western culture.

Cocoabella’s slogan tees and vest tops denote the trend in telling the world what we care about through an image or message; a popular form of expression that flourished in the 1980’s and is still going strong today.

As well as a selection of on trend cropped t-shirts the iconic collection illustrates a variety of pieces from signature leather jackets to the LBD to navy tailored blazers for a smart chic look. The line is both urban and glam yet it still remains distinct in appearance and its edgy aesthetic of the garments creates a unique finish to the collection.

RETRO-Glam embraces true African culture and heritage with dynamic prints and silhouettes outlining femininity with grace and dignity. Using traditional African fabrics alongside quality Silk, Lace, Organza, Jersey and Linen, COCOABELLA creates exclusive fierce designs that all women will be proud to wear.
